After many rumors and delays in construction, Fish & the Knife Sushi Bar and Lounge has opened its doors to the public. The long awaited opening has had the sushi lovers of Houston on the edge of their seats counting down to experience this restaurant’s freshly, delicious menu.
The new restaurant is located on one of Houston’s busiest streets at 7801 Westheimer Rd. in the middle of the restaurant scene. The elegant building offers a gorgeous dining scene that was designed by world-famous architect and interior designer Tony Chi.
The restaurant is proud to have Peter Vang and Bob Iacovone in charge of preparing the best, freshest sushi and entrées possible for their customers. Peter is a sushi chef who has 40 years of experience working with the art of sushi, while Bob is a renowned chef who has worked mainly in New Orleans at the famous restaurant Cuvee.
