There is a new Italian restaurant in Houston and it has already gained a great reputation. Ryan Pera and Morgan Weber, who also own Revival Market, opened Coltivare just down the street from Revival to keep a balance between the two.
Revival Market’s main focus is selling meats, while the new Coltivare focuses on fresh vegetables. The Italian restaurant is proud to say that all of their ingredients are grown on site in their 3,000 square foot vegetable garden. Weber and Pera wanted to put in the garden to prove to their customers that they only provide the freshest and highest quality vegetables.
Coltivare serves authentic pizza from wood burning ovens and large dishes served in the Italian family-style fashion. Additonally, they haves a great wine selection with some of the finest wines from Italy.
Coltivare is located in Houston’s Heights District where there are many great local bars and restaurants. This restaurant is sure to add to this area’s great reputation for awesome food and drinks, so visit Coltivare today for the newest Italian food in town!
